SPIN Flex, is a combo class format of 30 mins of Spinning and 15 mins of resistance training. Resistance bands will be used to train the major muscles groups, while paying special attention to the upper body. So come reserve your favorite bike and have a blast riding up and down hills, doing sprints, and flexing those biceps while singing to the music. At the end of class you will be emailed your workout summary.This class is powered by Spivi!
