Tabata Cycling

Tabata cycling workout includes 20 seconds of high intensity or anaerobic training followed by 10 seconds of rest. You repeat this cycle 8 times for a total of 3 sets. This is a 30 minute sweaty workout! You will burn more calories than a regular 45 minute cycling/ spinning class. At the end of class you will be emailed your workout summary.
