Posh® Summer Bootcamp
Posh® Summer Bootcamp is a 6-week outdoor training class that is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercises. Each session will involve a warm-up and cool-down, bodyweight exercises, running, stretching, and relays. Posh Summer Bootcamp is a challenging, fun and supportive workout! Each boot camp workout is a 1-hour long.

How long is Posh Summer Bootcamp?
Posh Summer Bootcamp is 6 weeks long.
How frequent will classes be?
Classes will be held once a week every Saturday at 8am behind the studio.
How much is Posh Summer Bootcamp?
We have a 6-Week Bootcamp package for $49. Drop-in rates is $10 per class.
What is the inclement weather policy?
Posh will notify all participants via telephone or email prior to class beginning time. If class is cancelled due to inclement, it will be made up the following week.
What kind of workouts should I expect?
During the 6-week bootcamp, participants will be jumping, running, doing squats and lunges, sit ups, push ups, etc.
What is the fitness level requirement?
If you are new to exercise or just getting back into it, that’s ok. You can go at your own pace and work your way up. Anyone can be a part of the program and we have people of all levels.
What kind of results can I expect?
You will experience a range of healthy benefits such as weight loss, decrease in clothes size, reduction in body fat, increase in strength and agility, abundance of confidence, and team building
How soon will I see results?
Everyone is different with different types of bodies. Some can see improvements in performance in as little time as 1 week. Many see visual improvements in 3 weeks, depending on your effort level and maintaining a healthy diet. It is very common to see warriors lose weight and decrease in size when consistently attending boot camp.
What if I have a specific injury (i.e. bad knees or back) or can't perform a certain exercise?
We will provide modified workouts that are personalized for you as alternatives to strengthen your body and still give you the most intense workout you can have.
Will I be sore?
Most people feel some soreness after the first few days. It gets better as time goes on.
Will you yell at us?
Yes, there will be yelling involved, but only in a motivating and healthy manner. We don't abuse, harass or degrade, just positive reinforcement and encouragement and some good jokes and fun.
What do I need to bring to boot camp?
You should bring water and a hand towel (if you sweat a lot). We recommend workout pants and t-shirt/tank (appropriate to weather conditions) and running/athletic shoes.
