Instructors looking for Studio Space can rent the Spinning room or our Fitness Room to host your own classes!

*Availability of specific Fitness or Spinning Classes is dependent on availability of the instructors. A minimum of 10 people is required for Posh Hosted Events.
**Alcohol cannot be sold or served by Posh Cycling and Fitness. A retailer with an off-site bartending license and permit can be hired by the client for select events.
About the Space
Our beautiful space is a community focused fitness incubator that serves as an event hub and creative space for independent personal trainers, physical therapist, yoga instructors, pilates instructors, dancers, dance instructors, and group fitness instructors. Wall to wall mirrors, ballet barres, and professional marley dance flooring built in. Our focus is providing a fun, clean, and functional rental space.
