Michelle

Michelle teaches Dance Groove at Posh! She has been doing her own take on dance fitness since 2015. Her class is all about positive energy, a wide variety of music, and lots of fun original moves. She loves to offer my students a great workout and a great time! Michelle really enjoys being active and encouraging others to find joy in whatever movement speaks to them. Oh and she’s definitely a creative type. When Michelle’s not dancing, she’s either painting, decorating, baking or just being silly with her two boys. Fun fact about Michelle is that she owns a blue Mustang named Sapphire, and they surprisingly won 3rd Place in a Car Show. Trophy and all!
